CSIESPL (CSI Engineering Software Pvt. Ltd.) is the exclusive channel partner of Computers and Structures Inc. (CSI), Walnut Creek, U.S.A. in India, Nepal and Bhutan. CSI is the original developer of five highly acclaimed Structural and Earthquake Engineering software packages: SAP2000, ETABS, CSIBRIDGE, Perform-3D and SAFE P/T for Structural and Earthquake Engineering needs of engineering profession. We CSIESPL provide marketing and technical support for all the above software packages to users in our region. We work strictly under the regulations formulated by CSI U.S.A. and work as marketing and technical support arm of CSI in our region, to meet local needs of structural engineers.

With our qualified staff of professional structural engineers and a close association with leading researchers and our users, we always work to recognise local engineering needs, unique to our region and many such local requirements have been implemented in above software packages to help our users.

We offer priority technical support and software upgrades for licenses covered by active maintenance. One year of maintenance is required with the purchase of each new software license. Thereafter it is optional, but you must renew your maintenance to continue receiving free upgrades and technical support after the first year. Maintenance subscribers should request technical support by sending an email to support@csiespl.in. If you would like to check the status of your maintenance coverage, or if you would like to purchase new maintenance, please contact us by sending a mail to sales@csiespl.in.

If your software license is not covered by active maintenance, you may still access our extensive self-support resources such as the CSI Knowledge Base. Please note that maintenance is not required to renew or continue using your license at the version and level at which you purchased it. A purchased license may be renewed in perpetuity regardless of maintenance status, so long as your hardware and operating systems support its use.
